Good day all. This might the worst service that i have ever received from any service provider. My experience with the is as follows. I had a lightning strike 3 weeks ago at my house and have tried to contact supersonic numerous time to no avail. Then after trying to contact them for days on end they answer and say that will attend to the matter. They even give our Ref numbers like smarties. Oh welk that Ref number doesn't mean anything as nothing gets done so you have to phone and phone and phone them each time you speak to someone else and each time you have to explain the whole story again and again and each operator says that they will attend to the matter by to this day 3 weeks later no one has been in contact or has come out to have a look or attend to anything. All i need is a new router which i said that i will pay for but yes not even that they can do. One thing is for sure they are first in line to take their debit order and they are for sure first in line to cut off your fiber line if no payment has been received. They are utterly pathetic and i would not recommend them to anyone due to the lack customer service.
The biggest crooks that you can find. Took my bakkie in for a new recin engine that only lasted 6 months. Took it back again for a leaking injector then we had to rebuild the whole motor again. This was in Feb 2022 only got it back in November 2022. I put in a new battery November 2021 and redid the alternator also novenber 2021. Jeep spares took my new battery and punt in a old battery. Had thebakkie for 6 days and had to repair the alternator again only to find out that it isn't the alternater that was repaired the last time. So i ask the question as to where is my alternator that was in the bakkie before it went in to jeepspares?
Telkom still hasn't contacted me or even tried to explain anything. Since the 26 November I have no phone no contract no answers what so ever. This is by far the worst service that I have ever experienced in my life I will rather eat a burger with spit and hair on it and it will still be better service from the chef than Telkom. This is terrible. They are still waiting for stock and can not give me any date as to when that might happen. Spoke to another angry client in the shop now he waited 2 months for his handset. You can never reach anyone at the shop if you call them the phone lines are off or it is busy or they just don't answer. I have tried to phone them in the last week 120 times and still haven't spoken to anyone. I cannot believe that anyone in this day and age can still deliver such bad service. No one even tries to help you they just look at you as if you are a complete idiot for asking for any form of answers or assistance. I am so upset right now that it is so difficult to keep this message clean and not swear.
I went to the Irene mall telkom mobile shop to take out a new cell phone contract as i decided to move from vodacom and give telkom a go. But the lady that helped me told me that it will take only a couple of hours to get credit approved. This was on Monday and today is Thursday and still no word. As i tried to phone the shop they are always busy or they just don't answer their phones and not to mention that they told me 4 times that they will phone me back which till today i haven't received one call back. Another lady informed me after numerous attempts that for a business it will take up to 7 working days for credit approval which i was told will only take a few hours when i applied. I told the lady which did my application form that my contract with vodacom ends the 31/10/2015 and that i need a contract before then and she said that this will definitely not be a problem. Well now it is going to be a problem it seems. I am the first one in our company to give them a go and if things would have worked out well the whole company would have moved to telkom mobile. So disappointed.
