Most Pathetic Insurance every
This is the most pathetic insurance I every deal with. My car is damage for 3 months already and still every secind week they think of another excuse to delay the repairs. I was in a accidents on the 3rd of March 2022 all docunentation was submitted on the 10th of March 2022 and since then till now I'm still begging to get my car sorted. My vehicle is not driveable since then they refusr to give me a car to drive with and delay the process as much as they can. My advis to you don't every take insurance with Genesis Insurance.

Useless UGU
We've been without water for 5 daya now. Water is a human right and they can't even provide us with water. This hold serious health issues for me and my family and its a hudge disgrace for a municipality not to provide water.

Most Pathetic Insurance in South-africa
Most Pathetic insurance ever. I was in an accident 3 months ago on the 9th of March 2022. Al documents where submitted on the 10th of March 2022. Last month that was May 2022 I still didn't even had a claim number. What means 3 months without a car they refuse to give me a car while they carry on delaying everything. If I don't contact them I don't get any feedback and when I contact them they just give me another excuse so for 3 months still no approved claim all they say we still finalizing the claim after 3 moths. My business are losing money on a daily basis and they just don't care anout anything. Please never make use of this pathetic insurance.
