If I could give negative stars I would. They have absolutely messed my mom and the insurance company, Santam around. They have had my mom's car for over two months! They didn't realize we have full tracking on the vehicle, so every time they tell us that they're taking the vehicle to the Tyre place or a test drive etc, we can see they're lying. They gave my mom the car back now in a completely unsafe condition! Telling her it's fixed, the knock in the car is so loud it sounds like it's driving on corrugated roads!!!
My mother and my aunt have been taken advantage of and messed around by your Liberty Midlands Mall branch. They convinced them the fault they originally experienced was with their Samsung phones and then proceeded to upgrade them and sell them another rubbish phone that didn’t work and had the same problem with whatsapp along with multiple other problems. On complaining within 7 days, Vodacom then told them they had to send them away, didn't give them a reference and made them hand back their gifts which indicates that they should have just canceled the whole deal. But instead of doing that they still haven't fixed them and have proceeded to charge them both for a phone they haven't even used yet! These contracts need to be cancelled immediately!
Comet projects have yet to resolve a billing issue that I made them aware of a month ago. They have not been paying my premiums over to Supersonic and now Supersonic have stopped my service. My husband and I both work from home and my mom is undergoing chemo, so we are reliant on internet for our livelihood and so that my mom can watch television. Comet projects assured me that they would resolve the problem and my fibre would not be cut off, yet this has still happened and I have been unable to get hold of them since yesterday!
Vodacom switched me over to a "sim-only" contract without telling me that this triggers a new 2 year contract period and I subsequently can't do an upgrade and obtain a new phone until 2019! I'm so sick of the service that Vodacom provide, they think that because there aren't many service providers to choose from in South Africa that they can just treat customers unfairly.
