Rola Mercedes I am extremely disappointed in the way my vehicle matter has been handled. What frustrates me most is the complete lack of accountability. Every time I escalate the urgency, the only response I receive is “I’m sorry.” At this point, apologies mean absolutely nothing without delivery. I was explicitly informed that my vehicle would be ready today. Now, at the last minute, I am told it will only be ready tomorrow. The constant shifting of deadlines shows a serious lack of professionalism and planning. Customers arrange their lives around these commitments, and it appears that this means very little to this dealership. Four weeks to resolve this issue is unacceptable. There seems to be no sense of urgency, no proactive communication, and no respect for the customer’s time. This is not my first vehicle purchase from this group, but based on this experience, it will certainly be my last. When a dealership repeatedly fails to meet its own timelines and hides behind apologies instead of solutions, it raises serious concerns about operational efficiency and workshop standards. If you value your time and expect transparent communication and reliable delivery, think carefully before committing. Extremely dissatisfied.
The City of Tshwane is the most incompetent organisation on this planet. The thrive on customer abuse with no repercussions at all. The are above the law and even further, they think they are gods. They cannot allocate payments because they are to stupid, and then have the arrogance to disconnect your electricity without even giving you notice, and boy, try to get it reconnected again. You will still have to pay the reconnection fee, even if it is their mistake, totally fruadulant behaviour, but getting cross about it gets you even more in trouble because then they simply do not reconnect you. The best is to go off grid, all of us so that they can find somewhere else to try and steal money.
