I opened a ******** case of Malicious damage to property to the value R180 000, the case was never investigated but it was just closed without anything said to me. The police never made aa arrest because the case was actually suppose to be attempted ******. the Case number 130/09/2020. Prior to the case I had report several times cases of threats which were completely ignore by police, I even sent my complaints to IPID i was totally ignored. The Justice system has completely failed.
I have logged a fault in electricity supply since Sunday the 23rd of June 2024 to this date they have not fixed the issue instead they say they don't have available technicians, It's winter and we are also loosing our food because fridges have melted but when we all Eskom Kwaggafontein offices in Mpumalanga they say they don't have technicians. It's been four days without electricity we are freezing it's winter, our food is non rotten because of lack of electricity, all we get is the I don't car attitude from the operators four house hold are affected by this fault. Section 153 of the Constitution places the responsibility on municipalities to ensure the provision of services (which includes electricity reticulation) to communities in a sustainable manner as well as promote economic and social development. It is without a doubt that my rights are being violated by the unwillingness to restore electricity and they are deliberately undermining our Right to Human dignity. we have been in darkness for days we can't even cook.
I made an order they did not deliver, their *********** drive claimed he came to the delivery address and found no one. Firstly I requested that they call me when the drive arrives, which they did not do. Secondly I had a security officers at the gate who were on a look out but the never saw anyone unless Pedros uses invincible drivers. Thirdly I call the Shop 3 times at the end someone who was assisting told me the Manager said I must just come and collect my chickens, while I had paid for delivery which if I don't come I won't get my order. The manager does not understand customer service all, they are full of **** and they don't care the only people who were concerned are those who were answering the phone. The Manager of Pedros Pretoria at Pretorius street is ***********, unprofessional he lacks business knowledge and he does not care about customer service and satisfaction. The delivery drivers are *********** ****s. I hate their service. I had to abandon work to collect an order that I had already paid for the delivery.
I called the company around 10:45 am today trying to find out how far is their process regarding clearing my account and providing a paid up letter, I got this rude call centre Agent whom I dnt even remember her name. All I wanted was clarity then I got a stinking attitude from their employee. She was very unprofessional and emotionally unstable, I am totally not happy with the company and their employee and the delay that is happening I just want my paid up letter that's it.

I would also like to appreciate Walter Kambowo a sales consultant at Nedbank:Sunnypark branch, I love work ethics and he pays attention to the client's needs and has valuable financial advices.
