Most *********** company and service, phone several numbers, NO ONE can help with my querry, being send from one person to the next and all of them have the same mentality not help or just even try, just passing the buck along, have send mails to ALL of their available email address without no response, then the one lady answers the phone rude and just give a lnother business number and say phone them, horrible service, all this just to receive a letter from then that I do not have an account with them anymore!!! They cant even answer emails or phonecalls, what a useless bunch of a company
Good day<br> <br> My first problem is that I have two numbers that are due for upgrade but decided that I am going to cancel them due to the fact that I have other three numbers as well, I have been to the stores many times and phoned them and they told me \no problem they need 30 days notice\" which was fine and understandable, but we are now on 180 days later and still not is the two numbers canceled, every time the same story, now I phone them to make payment since they disconnected me, paid the balance as on my invoice, now I have spoken to one costumer service person telling me that I owe them almost R800, fine I went and check, I phone again, spoken to some one else this time, this person claims that I owe them now over R3000, this person just tells me,\"sorry sir that's the way it is\" I have payed one month almost R4000 due to the fact that I am in areas, now they tell me the same story, I pay every month, can I have an EXPERT to tell me whats going on in the account"
