Awaiting response from previous complaint
THis is my second complaint via Hellopeter with reference to Telkom. I have been trying to cancel my landline..I gave notice on the 21st February - it is now the 1st June and it is still not done!<br> I am not sure just how complicated this simple request can be. I will not be paying for the Months April and May and probably June as well. They will have to refund me as I paid in extra.

CANCELLATION IGNORED
I asked Telkom to cancel my landline number in February this year, and was told that I have to give 30 days notice, so on the 21st March I must check with them, as I wanted to retain my 8ta cell number, and take out another contract. I went in as told by person I dealt with, and was told it is\ in process". I went back again in early April"
