Nothing new, these two women ran off with 11k of our deposit, and changed all their details. If anybody has their details, please let me know as they deserve to be brought to book.

PM2 had financial issues with the owner of the property they managed. As a result the owner changed Agents. We did not want to move so we had to sign a new contract with the new agents to stay on. PM2 informed us to pay over all rentals to the new agents from August . This was when our contract with them expired. They were going to pay over our deposit to the new agents. They have still not paid over our deposit. We have been trying to get these funds back since the end of August. The clause in their contract states that all deposit fund will be refunded within 7 days. We have been to the Rental Tribunal as well as the Estate Agents Board. These guys have not done anything or come back to us. This company has taken so many people in this area for a ride. What they doing is unlawful and borderline theft. This women should be locked up. We are are out of pocket because of her.

We contracted PM2 to manage our property in Capetown Table view, and they offered us such bad service. We could not get them to honor anything they should do as a managing agent. Yet we we paid them upfront for their services. The tenant they rented our property to paid well for about a year, and we ended up servicing her directly. When we told them we wanted to terminate the contract they told us we must pay termination costs. To which we refused. We then demanded the new contract they signed with the client, nothing came forth. No rentals was paid to us for two months in succession. <br> On arrived at the house, we found out the people staying there were not the people who signed the lease with PM2. PM2 did not know those facts, we then went to their offices to demand explanation and demanded the tenants deposit money, but we were told we need to make an appointment. We refused to leave without our money and signed termination contract, PM2 called the Police to forcefully remove us.<br> When the police came we were told by PM2 director that we are acting like baboons and could reason to the police why we should be removed. <br> Should you have signed with them please cancel, never use them

I am placing this as information only. Leze Phillips t/a PM2 transferred funds from my body corporate's account into the PM2 account without permission after the trustees refused to sign a new management agreement. She has refused to return the money, has refused to engage with our lawyers and is still operating as an estate agent. Do not allow this company access to your accounts.

I am placing this as information only. Leze Phillips t/a PM2 transferred funds from my body corporate's account into the PM2 account without permission after the trustees refused to sign a new management agreement. She has refused to return the money, has refused to engage with our lawyers and is still operating as an estate agent. Do not allow this company access to your accounts.

Water at Sandpiper Mansions Lake Road (account number 142214782) cut off even though individual meters have been installed.<br> <br> Some occupants bypassed meters which is why a bill accumulated. Propell the levy collectors do not want to pay city council and the administrators Tertius Marais Associates (court appointed) have washed their hands. <br> <br> Those who have bypassed meter can and have been traced by PM2 the meter installing company. Pm2 has done nothin about this.<br> <br> Those who paid for water and paid their levies are affected. There are 66 Units with many families and lots of children. The situation is out of control.<br> <br> Maladministration by parties involved and illegal activities on the part of some occupants and unsympathetic city council have left so many good occupants with their constitutional right to not have their water unjustly cut as a punitive measure violated!<br> <br> This can't be happening to the good few who have done the right thing.<br> <br> People involved:<br> Propell Sectional Title Solution<br> Tertius Marias Associates<br> Aman Property Administrators<br> Leze at PM2 prepaid meters<br> Occupants who have bypassed meters
