Ran off with Rent - changed all numbers
Nothing new, these two women ran off with 11k of our deposit, and changed all their details. If anybody has their details, please let me know as they deserve to be brought to book.

Got new card - now can't use my money!
I was called to be told I qualify for a Premier credit card, which I took on the bundled rate. I had my gold credit card with me, and there was R1200 on there. I know this because I made a transaction for R500 the same day. I then went to the bank, stood in the queue, and the lady was lovely and friendly, she got my new card out and cancelled the current card. We cut it up into pieces. I assumed the R1200 would move across to the new card - it didnt. I then went online, it shows the funds as available on the cut up card, and yet I couldnot move them across to my new card. I emailed through on the personal banker line to get told that the funds were transferred on the 5th of April - bull. I only got the card on the 15th!!! I need this rectified right now, because as it stands, I have no access to my money I need to live on right now. Seriously regretting \upgrading\" my account. ...."
