Samsung was promoting free charger and ear buds when a Galaxay Tab S8 was purchased. After purchasing the Tab S8 I followed the required process to claim the charger and earbuds. On the 14 April 2022 I received an email confirming that I was successfully verified and will receive the promotional goods within 7 to 14 days. After the 14 day period expired without receiving the items I sent an email which I have not received a response too. I also tried calling a few times and was put on hold endlessly. To date I have not received an further correspondence from them regarding these items. Very disappointed with Samsung. The least that they could do was answer their emails, phones and let me know the status of these goods. I am also having doubts if this promo was genuine.
<p>I lost the plastic seal which fits on the inside of my Isosteel travel mug. Without the seal the mug leaks and the contents also cools down quicker. I approached the retailer for assistance in purchasing a new seal but since I had the mug for over a year they should no interest in helping to sort a replacement. To their credit they did give me the suppliers details which turned out to be Liteoptec. </p> <p> </p> <p>I initially spoke to Johanna who forward my query to Tymon Balaes who then contacted me via email. He offered to replace the lid for me at no additional cost just the postage to get it to them and they paid the returned postage. Thats it, no moaning, oohing and aahing. They just replaced the lid. which I got two weeks later.
