Poor service and poor quality product
We purchased GamePro Ninox - XL 20+ spotlights in total. 6 of them didn't work from the beginning. I contacted the South African supplier Liteoptec and sent James Loughton messages and videos regarding the broken spotlights and they have gone quiet.

Poor service and poor quality product
We purchased GamePro Ninox - XL 20+ spotlights in total. 6 of them didn't work from the beginning. I contacted the South African supplier Liteoptec and sent James Loughton messages and videos regarding the broken spotlights and they have gone quiet.

Liteoptec ignoring my email
In September I wrote to Liteoptec as follows: "In July 2020 in purchased an UltraTech Nightingale Rechargeable AC/DC LED Camping Emergency Lantern from Cape Union Mart in Herm****. This was only used occasionally during load-shedding. I kept the item charged and it worked well until it suddenly stopped working. Of course, the Cape Union Mart don’t guarantee the item for longer than a year. I am very disappointed. Surely your emergency lamp should last longer than a year. The item is in immaculate condition, I still have its original box and bubble wrap. Please advise me on the way forward." They have not bothered to respond at all. Not even an acknowledgement of my email.

Awesome after-sale service!!! Support these guys&gals!
I invested in one of Liteoptic’s flagship products and I broke it. It was entirely my fault and definitely not because the brand is inferior whatsoever. I sent the item in for repair and they returned it FIXED. No questions! I will keep on supporting a business like Liteoptic. Thank you very much for selling good products and keep up your awesome after-sale service.

How's this for good service
<p>I lost the plastic seal which fits on the inside of my Isosteel travel mug. Without the seal the mug leaks and the contents also cools down quicker. I approached the retailer for assistance in purchasing a new seal but since I had the mug for over a year they should no interest in helping to sort a replacement. To their credit they did give me the suppliers details which turned out to be Liteoptec. </p> <p> </p> <p>I initially spoke to Johanna who forward my query to Tymon Balaes who then contacted me via email. He offered to replace the lid for me at no additional cost just the postage to get it to them and they paid the returned postage. Thats it, no moaning, oohing and aahing. They just replaced the lid. which I got two weeks later. Hows that for good service.</p> <p>I am glad to say that Liteoptec ensures good customer service and I will not hesitate to purchase any of their products in future.</p> <p> </p> <p>To Johanna, Tymon and Ellen thank you for your kind assistance and keep up the good work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p>Lenny Arumugam</p>

Own a Mag Light? Just hope your LED bulb does not pack up as these dudes will charge you half the price of a new unit to replace it. On asking the sales lady why it is so expensive....\it's the technology involved".....wow and LED is like a new concept??? Personally is think it's a rip-off!!! """
