Dear Discovery Bank, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable service I have received from your ***** Department, specifically from an agent named Bogingile. Not only was I treated rudely, but the agent ended the call twice while I was still speaking — without any warning or resolution. I had requested to speak to a manager regarding my case, and instead of assistance, I was met with blatant disrespect. Furthermore, I have been waiting for nearly four months for your team to provide feedback on a ***** matter involving ABSA. I have followed up multiple times with no proper response or resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the seriousness of the situation. I feel completely let down and appalled by how lightly Discovery Bank treats such critical issues and customer concerns. I demand immediate action and feedback regarding my case, and I would like this matter escalated to senior management. I will be logging this complaint on every available public platform — including HelloPeter, social media, and your internal complaint channels — until this is resolved and proper accountability is taken. I expect prompt feedback and a formal apology for the way I was treated.
🚨 URGENT COMPLAINT – ***** ALERT: Gareth Lawrence / The Home Cooked Chefs I am reporting Gareth Lawrence, owner of The Home Cooked Chefs (Registration: K2023649741, Address: 43 Riverton Crescent, Riverton) for *****ulent business practices, theft, and failure to deliver services paid for. On 1 March 2025, Gareth Lawrence contacted me directly to promote a relaunch of his business, claiming they were running reopening specials. As a previous customer, I trusted him and transferred R1141 on 2 March 2025 for two weeks of pre-cooked meals. I received nothing. No food. Just excuse after excuse. I followed up multiple times and was strung along with lies and false promises of delivery and refund. Eventually, he completely ghosted me. On 3 April 2025, I had his bank account blocked for suspected ***** after a month of chasing him. Only then did he contact me again—not to apologise or fix anything, but to complain that I caused the account block. Since then, it’s been complete silence. No refund. No food. No resolution. It has now been three months, and I have reported the matter to the police for *****. I’m tired of being patient and polite. This is theft, plain and simple, and I want my R1141 refunded immediately. I’m sharing this as a public warning: Do NOT trust Gareth Lawrence or The Home Cooked Chefs. This operation is dishonest and *********, and no one else should fall victim to it. I demand a full refund, an apology, and accountability for this ****. You know who I am. If i would give a 0 star i would give it -100000000
If i could leave 0 stars i really would. I have been phoning to no answers, emailing, with it bouncing back and socials being ignored. We bought a Dreame Vacuume via Takealot - supplier being Droneworld. It has started throwing some tantrums, literally a month after its warrentee expired. After a lot of back and forth with Dreame, they told us to contact Droneworld, and with no replies, i sent it back to Dreame, only for them to tell me, that Droneworld will contact me and I need to wait patiently for them. Excuuuuuse me but no, this is not on, Not happy with the after service from Dreame as well as Dronewold which is non existant. So if by some miracle the fairies of Droneworld see this, i really hope you contact me. Not a happy customer.
SO SO DISAPOINTED! Went to go get ice cream, was there before 19:30 - they were closed. Drive through, sit in everything. You cant just close the stpre whenever you feel like it!
I am not one to easily complain, but if it keeps on happening & your still taking my money, im ganna speak up. It has happend now on MANY occasions where i would order cheesy fries, no jalepino simple request right.... i would still get jalepino on my fries. Ive had this scenerio so many times, as well as low heat fries. I am so frustrated! I always let the person taking my order know when ordering and when paying. I hope this gets resolved soon because I like your food, but if this is going to be a recurring thing, i will take my business elsewere.
I went to buy some rice. And it was on special. The rice that was on special was hid behind other rice that costs 3 times as much. I just wish Checkers would place their products on the correct places with the correct prices! This is not the first time this has happend.
