We reported that we don't have electricity 4 weeks ago but up to today, nobody came through to check or reconnect electricity for us. Our property address: 6 Rigel Street, Bedworthpark. We have students staying at this property & this is an inconvenience to them as they need to stay & do their assignments
We bought electricity vouchers/tokens - never received any & funds were debited from the Capitec Bank account on the 6th January 2026 for R200 (R100 twice). We contacted Galactic Energy & haven’t received the tokens/vouchers. & they haven’t given us a refund as well.
R5000 taken from my account around the 19/09/2025 using vouchers. Fnb hasn't refunded me as yet
