Good day I am not surprised that no one has followed up on my complaint at KFC. This is the service I received and you run away from your responsibilities. I wish to once again explain my dissatisfaction with KFC Kempton Gate on 26 November 2024. My order no: 111940 refers. This order was placed at 17h43 and confirmed. I had to phone your 0860100222 several times to complain about my delivery. After receiving a sms advising me that my order has been collected at 18h35. The first advice was it would have been delivered by 18h06. The order arrived at 19h07. When the food arrived it was cold and unpleasant but we waited so long for it we did not want to send it back. I questioned the driver infront of your delivery man on the phone why he took so long. He said that the previous driver declined the first round and he was then asked to replace him. I am not happy with this service I received from KFC and I made it very clear.
I placed my order at 17h43 and received my order at 19h34. Almost two hours.
BLS (Busy Lifestyle Solutions) as we know them is a excellent Garden Service provider in the Kempton Park area on the East Rand. The team that service us every week is managed by a supervisor who works with the rest of the team. The supervisor Pieter is doing an excellent job and if we need something extra to be done we just ask and it gets done. Our garden looks fantastic after they have been there. I can recommend them
What an fantastic experience we had with Villa Bianca Restaurant in Croydon. The service is good the food is good the atmosphere is great and we enjoyed ourselves. We were a group of eight people and we all started with the Sushi as a starter and thereafter the main course also fish, oxtail, pistachio fillet and the Veal Schnitzel. I can recommend this restaurant to anybody.
Jose's is a fantastic restaurant with excellent food choices specially the queen prawns and oysters for starters. The atmosphere is just as nice we enjoyed the evening very much. The Manager as well as the waiter is very friendly. Food was delicious which just made the evening.
On 22 October 2020 my mother in law was in for a shoulder fix just for the day. She was finnished and released by the Doctor at 16h00. She was just waiting for her tabletts from the pharmacy then she can go. My wife cannot enter hospital to recover my mother in law. So I keep phoning upstairsand so I get told no pills yet we are waiting for pharmacy. At 19h00 is still the same story we then get told go to pharmacy and get the medication then come upstairs and collect your mother in law. After checking with Pharmacy we get told your mother needs to come down and fetch her own medication. Hallo!! They would not release her. Eventually the receptionist downstairs go upstairs just to return back down stairs as they do not have an wheelchair upstairs. Eventually we got my mother in law at 21h05. Moral of the story the service does not excists and no one knows what must be done and the poor patient is in a state and my wife is in a state as you cannot do anything and there is no Management around to assist.
