My Husband and I are trying to cancel our contract with Easy Holidays. We are having trouble financially and have tried to get help from Easy Holidays on numerous occasions. There is either no response or an email is sent to us telling us how to get friends and family to pay and use the holidays. This unfortunately does not work for us. Please could we get this sorted out immediately before we need to take it further to the Ombudsman/Regulatory Authority.
for two months I am paying for data and I don't get it. if this is how they going to work I want to cancel my contract
I joined the aerobics class as I have been a member before. But a new instructor was now also giving classes. I didn't complete the contract yet and by the second evening class the instructor told me that because I'm the only attendee she won't giving class. Therefore they expect me to pay them for a service I didn't receive. The owner knew about what happened but didn't contact me to apologise for what happened only to ask when I'll be making a payment. I then said that I won't be making payments and now their lawyer keeps calling.
