Poor service from Green Motion Car Rental - OR Tambo Airport
I booked a car from e-Sky Travel with Green Motion. Pathetic service at OR Tambo Airport. No representative to be seen upon arrival at airport. No office on site. The representative was efficient at all. Car was not cleaned. First and last time of booking through this company. Telephone number not in use - just ringing, no assistance.

Vodacom stole my money!
Vodacom stole my money. They have deducted a huge amount per debit order - stating it was for my July payment not paid. This is now day 14 of November and they added the amount to my November debit order (for July payment ??). An absolute mess! Going to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. Absolutely pathetic service from them. According to customer care they are busy investigating. It's been longer than 7 days and still not resolved and they have not paid me back. I've been a customer with Vodacom for 15+ years. Please pay my money owing to me Vodacom !!

Vodacom - double amount deduction for the month of end-October
Vodacom has debited double the amount I owe to them. Their reason being "I have failed to pay my July debit order". I have logged the call on 2nd November - they opened a ticket with reference number received. I have sent them confirmation of payment done in July - debited from my account. I followed up with Vodacom, they stated it will take 7 days to investigate. It's been 8 days now and still not resolved. They deducted the amount of R6 491.96 instead of R3 239.99. Not impressed with Vodacom at all.

Megan Leather - SCAM !!
Not leather, not situated in Cape Town - scam! Stay away. I've received my "wanna-be" leather jacket, 2 sizes too small. Made in China. Cannot get hold of anyone to request for an exchange. Terrible!!

Cape Union Mart Tygervalley
Absolutely no client/customer service from Tygervalley Cape Union Mart. Looking for 2 specific items. Sales Team says no stock, have to wait for new stock to come in. Receiving boxes of goods weekly but can not guarantee that items would be in box. Requested staff to please put my name on list to order product. Poor service! Sent online message via Facebook. Also, same story - no stock available. With K-Way being such a huge name brand, surely they can manufacture 2 bodywarmers easily?
