I phoned on the 17th November 2015 to cancel my service with them. I was informed that it could not immediately be done but will be cancelled on the next payment date 28th November 2015. I noticed on the 28 December 2015 that my Debt order went off again. I phoned them on the 29th December to queiry why. They told me their system could not switch off prior to the 28th November and that it is now my RESPONSIBILTY to call them on the 28th November to reminded them to switch off the Service. <br> On the 29th December when i called i was told that they would have to request and listen to the Call from the 17th November 2015 and would advise me after 24 to 48 hours. <br> I called again on the 12 January 2016 as i have not heard from them and again i am told they will have to request the call and then only they can advise me. My account according to there system is still Active. This after they where instructed on the 17th November and again on the 29th December to cancel the service.<br> Unacceptable work ethics, i am forced to pay for a service i am not using.
I ate last night at your Irene Branch, on a date night with my girlfriend. I really wanted to spoil her so I decided to take her to your Irene branch as it really looked like a perfect place to spoil her. The Venue is beautifully set up and the service from David, our waiter was top notch. Just that the food was a complete let down. <br> I ordered the Roast Pork Belly, The bottom 1cm of pork belly was burnt black and tough, I had to remove it to try cut into the center of the portion. The skin was also tough and that when i tried to cut into the pork belly it moved all over the plate. The vegetables were nice but the butternut was cold. Really not what I would expect for the price or at your type of restaurant. <br> My girlfriend had the Peri Peri Chicken, That was also very over cooked and dry inside, topped with bottled peri peri sauce, not even grilled, portion size was large but really not what we expected. <br> We ordered dessert, I ordered the Peppermint Crisp Tart, yet another disappointment. Not soft and light but very dense and \boxy"flavoured. There were actually 2 slices on top of each other for my portion"
Still nobody contacted me ... 7 days later still nothing!!!<br> <br> Phoned today to cancel my dealings with CELL C only to find out i was lied to AGAIN.....<br> <br> Unethical Company no values, NO Customer Care in the world....
This follows on from last weeks complaint.<br> 3 days after a response on Hello Peter from Cell C someone decided to contact me regarding the post on Hello Peter. The agent after going through all my information to a certain that he was speaking to the right person, Asked me the nature of my complaint, then proceeded to ask me more information regarding who i spoke to 3-4 months ago from Cell C, but the last straw was when he referred to me as a totally different person. No prior investigation done on my complaint, surely they keep records, they say all calls are recorded.<br> <br> I am still waiting for another agent to report back to me regarding my original complaint, Ref: 5025202405, Was told it would take 24 hours to get back to me..... that was 1 week ago.<br> <br> Just tried of waiting to be helped with competent people rather than being RIPPED OFF.<br>
3 months ago I was debited a large amount for out of package data usage. 2 gigs costing over R4k, All they said was that the data was used. I have no leg to stand on and had to pay the amount regardless. I limit of R 500 was placed on my account to eliminate this happening again. <br> Surprise surprise this month I was Debited R 800. And the worse part is i was away for most of last month and due to the R 4k last data charge made sure my WIFI was turned off. But yet i got charged again, More than my limit put on my account. Exceeding the 5 gig data package I have when i was away most of the time and unplugged from the SIM .<br> <br> All I get from Cell C is \we will look it to it
