These people are ****mers. I informed them that I did not qualify for the car because I am under debt review, yet they still debited money from my account despite several calls and messages. They assured me they would not take any money, but then proceeded to debit my account in different amounts so that my bank would not detect that it was them.
Extremely poor service. I was charged double the amount for three months and received no explanation or resolution.
I am so frustrated with this company. I had a funeral policy pre covid then couldn’t pay as I got retrenched. This year I got a job and asked them to reinstate it and I was told that it had already elapsed. Opened a new one and only to be told that the first 2 payments were being allocated to the old one that I was advised that it has elapsed. Now in this new one they only have 3 payment as per NEO. Asked them to cancel the old one and I got told that I have to email only on Monday. Yesterday we were told a different story by Smanga. How could they not pick up that there is 2 policies under one person ?????
