Poor quality base
The Shasta queen bed set’s base broke after 18months. The bed has a 1 year guaranty, 9 year warranty and yet we are penalised with R500 to have the defective base replaced

Fantastic sales staff
Amit from sales did a fantastic job getting everything in order for us. He took the car for my parents to see, we flew in to pick it up, no hitches. He was very efficient at replying to calls and emails.

Dont work on friday afternoon....or any other afternoon
<p>I recently upgraded my mtn contract through velociti. After battling endlessly to get hold of them, they finally arranged to fetch a phone they sent (they sent the wrong size phone). I chose to terminate the upgrade in order to deal directly with MTN (through a mtn direct store) to avoid another disaster. Well.....velociti promised to cancel the upgrade and get back to me immediately to confirm this.....did they? NO! and when i subsequently called them on a friday at 2pm they hung up on me several times.</p>
