Within 24 hours Rory was out to assess and we had feedback on all our problem areas and what was needed. Pierre from the Painting division was on site so we could utilise both waterproofing and painting divisions. In 2 days so far, since we gave approval, a team of up to 8 gents has ground out all cracks and done maintenance (including give our problem wall some much needed maintenance) our roof and any other water ingress issues have been repaired. Painting has commenced on roof and primer done on most sections of the house. The team are an amazing bunch who work incredibly hard, have fantastic enthusiasm, always ready to answer a question or 2 and are very tidy. They have approx another week on site due to the volume of work required. I would highly recommend that all home owners give Rome Roofing and Painting Divisions a call

Terrible Service from Snatcher!!!
I am absolutely horrified with the service I have received. Did an order on 5th July, to date still not received. Order was amended after I received a partial order, I even paid for an additional item to be added to the order. I received confirmation via email this would be delivered to me by 5th Aug. It is now the 11th of August and this morning I receive an email after I follow up that my "replacement purchase" is now still awaiting being delivered to Snatcher. This is the worst service I have ever received. During this irate time, I have received 2 online orders from an overseas company and 1 from an SA company. I will definitely NOT utilise Snatcher again.

Bad Service from Snatcher
I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Snatcher. About 3 to 4 weeks ago I orders a Magic Tracks set and 4 x Junior Scrabble. The Magic Tracks eventually arrives and no Junior Scrabble. I email only to find out days later that they could not obtain the Junior Scrabble boxes. Will an alternative do. Alternative approved, and then query put in to add an item. I sent the POP last Friday and again this week I am following up to no avail for my outstanding order and delivery. This is not great customer service at all. No communication.

Debt Busters provides terrible service and deducts more than their share from my bank.
Due to personal circumstances, I decided to go under debt review on 31.10.2019. Debt Busters was quite quick in getting the ball rolling, however, were also quick to debit my banking account for multiple debits. I have been to the bank and been advised that Debi Checks cannot be undone, also noting that if I approved one Debi Check, the multiple ones that were taken is fraudulant activity on my account. I have brought this to their attention since this past Saturday, I had a call from their manager on Monday and to date no one has paid monies back into my account. I have tried their call centre to rectify this since the "manager" has not come back to me at all again and their call centre just puts you "on hold" and will not transfer you to speak to any managers. I find their service absolutely unsatisfactory especially when they are or were supposed to be a No.1 debt assistance company. It appears they will rather be eager to assist then hold their clients ransom when after taking multiple debits off your account, they then refuse or will not get back to you. To add I have also reported this activity to NDCA and Credit Ombud as due to this I have not been able to meet my monthly normal commitments and have incurred interest on monies owed which I am still unable to pay. I wonder if they will settle the interest?
