Sharryz,shazia,... sharryzvetstreet.co.za is a scam!!! They have a website as well as all the dogs they supposedly breed. They send you pictures and videos when you connect, she goes so far as to send you videos of a child playing with the puppies which caused alarm bells. Then when i asked how it works,where to pay and numerous questions about health and registration the wheels came off!! I decided to then call the local SPCA to do a site visit and the lady there was very helpful. She googled and found all the complaints on here!!! When i called sharry and asked more questions she gave me a whole speil about her being Christian and virtuous etc. oh well best she practices what she preaches but she is a fraud and a scam!!!
CCD couriers for some reason delivers on behalf of FNB they call you to arrange delivery Short of asking when you will be visiting the loo,they ask for times,dates addresses etc You then get an email notification,a call and an sms to confirm delivery. Best part.... they DO NOT DELIVER on the day nor the time in which they will deliver. So if you sat from 8am - 4 pm waiting for your card sorry for you! Then if you ask them to call you before they arrive it’s and issue. If you ask them to deliver AT A SPECIFIC TIME... you pay R100!!! Shoddy service!
Just bought a new pants at Cotton On Polokwane (101km ) from my home. Wanted to wear it but the side of the pants has a hole!!! The stitching isn’t correct ... Bad QC!!! And for R499!! How do I post pics ???and i can’t just drive there to exchange
I purchased a personalized diary off their site. The graphics are dull. The binding and gluing is coming apart. The binding is plastic and definetly not hardwearing for a diary to be used on a daily basis. The rest of the diary is very well planned out and colourful The customer care is terrible despite me contacting them and asking for assistance in changing the binding.
Good day On 31st May my daughter (14) bought a skirt and shirt at Truworths Tzaneen We paid with my credit card. We were asked at the door to show the receipt and it was put back into the packet. Unfortunately the packet was thrown away. We took the skirt and shirt ,with the tags all still on back on the 7th to explain and either get a different size OR a credit note. I explained that they should have a store copy to verify the purchase. The lady who helped me ,Dineo said the manager Barbara said this isnt allowed.they refised to take down my name and number or get the regional Manager,Prudence to call me. They said i can ‘come back next week....whenever!’ Could you be so kind as to offer some sort of assistance as the clothes in question are over R1200 . Whole i do understand company policy we have situations where firther thinking is required as well as laws in terms of the consumer act unless Truworths is above these laws???
