I cannot believe that I know have to revert to social media to get a response from Groupon.<br> Last week Wednesday, 30th of September I purchased a groupon for a one night weekday stay at Aquila Game Farm.<br> <br> I had a credit of R475 on my account and I took the discount of 10% on the deal, bringing me to a total due of just over R1900.<br> <br> Upon choosing the EFT method, it took me to the reference code on my iPad, however half way through making the payment on my iPad, I lost connection. Upon reconnecting, there was no way for me to get the reference code back on the Groupon website and everytime I tried to re-do the deal, I was given an amount due without the credit and the discount. I eventually gave up as I know normally the next morning I get an email as a reminder to make the EFT which has the amount and reference code on it.<br> <br> I never received the email.<br> <br> I have phone Groupon and spoken to numerous people, which gave me uphill and eventually got to Maurecia last week Thursday, who promised me to phone me with my reference code for the payment by the next day noon.<br> <br> We are now a week later... 3 phone calls to Groupon later, totalling more than 60 minites on the phone (on my account).
