Rechargeable Skoert Vlieg Fly Repellent Fan This is an extremely poor quality product with a high price. When I received the box, one of the units could not be charged (recharge point faulty). The other two units charged once but the charge only lasted for a very short period. To short to use when dishing up or sitting down for a meal. After that, it is a struggle to get the units to charge again and the charged period is now so short, it’s a waste of time to use it. Placed an order through Takealot, but unfortunately discarded two of the boxes, which means that I cannot request a refund. Lots of money spent on a VERY BAD product!!

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I booked a collection on Tuesday and paid an additional fee, for it to be collected the next day. Today is Friday, no collection and NO RESPONSE to numerous calls, emails and site messenger. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS SERVICE!!! They are not reliable and impossible to get hold of for info or response.

NO ASSISTANCE/SUPPORT/SERVICE
Our business landlines have now been dead for more than a week. Faults refer me to Accounts who refer me to Sales who refer me to the Technical department. Everybody's passing the buck with no assistance forthcoming . Apparently an order (which I have no knowledge of) was placed on our lines and the reasoning from faults dep and accounts dep, is that this order is the reason that our account has been locked. Although sales disagree that this is not the reason, they cannot assist, giving me an order number and referred me to the technical department. According to technical, this order number does not exist, therefore they cannot assist, giving the reason that the accounts sales department are making up things in their head as not to have to deal with the problem. This has now been going on for more than a week. In one of the conversations, I have been given a name of the person who placed the order on our account but apparently she does not have contact details. I must wait until she contacts me, which needless to say, has not happened. Then eventually today, I managed to get a telephone number for this person, but low and behold, the number is "unavailable". SUCH BLATANT INCOMPETENCE FROM TELKOM IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!
