The staff of LM Communications were here on the 15th of this month to lay cables from the router in the house to two external buildings on the property. We dug our own trenches and lay conduit for them. The charge was outrageous and the finishing (for what that's worth) was shoddy at best. Everything was joined together with great big "gobs" of hot glue.
Despite having sent numerous emails Nepic is still incognito. Not one single effort to make contact with me. They are STILL debiting my account monthly, and each month (tomorrow included) I need to go to the bank and have them return it. This has been happening since JUNE!
My client has been owing me money since November/December 2019. Despite much pleading on my part, nothing was forthcoming. Within a month of contacting Elsa the money has been deposited into my account completely hassle free.
I signed a debit order with Nepic. WORST MISTAKE EVER. Our contract was cancelled at the end of March (with the aim of getting them to transfer the connection to our new residence). No one has ever followed up. The debit order keeps going off. I'm sick and tired of having to dispute debit orders for services I'm not getting!
I have been having problems with my fibre line startin from the first week in September and I have been complaining and phoning DAILY. The technician eventually came to the property and checked (Job Card # 105766) the result was that the 'box' is fine and they blamed Nepic, Nepic came out and replaced the router, the fly leads, recrimped all the wires. The problem is that WHEN the connection is working it works well, however it is very unstable and line drops intermittently. I run my business online and offer Skype lessons, which is impossible with a line that is constantly (and unpredictably) up and down. I have open ticket/s, this issue has been escalated (what a joke) to the hilt and still the situation is not resolved. The lady (Zarina?) that is supposed to phone me back to date never has and no one seems to care. I have spoken to so many people at both TT Connect and Nepic I do not care to list the names, and anyway by now they are a blur.
I have been waiting for documents ordered from Northern Ireland - they have been dispatched and on 13/06 I have the international tracking number, and have phoned the post office repeatedly to find out where the parcel is now - no reply. I have emailed them, still no reply... In the meantime I have no way of collecting it and the report shows that it was not deliverable. Could anyone assist ever?
