Company no longer answering emails
I have been ordering IKEA products from Home Swede Home for at least 12 years. There are some products that IKEA just does best. However, they have been 100% non-responsive since placing my most recent order in early November 2024 (and having paid my deposit). I saw on their Instagram account people were even trying to reach out to them via the comment function with the same situation. I would not recommend ordering from them any longer.

A five star experience.
I recently used Execu Move for the first time to move house locally. In comparison to other companies I have used in the past, they were great. Maria Owen's service and follow-ups in the run-up to the move were great, and the moving team on the day did a fantastic job. They managed to keep their sense of humour even though they had to carry my stuff down several flights of stairs. The Team leader, Arnold, was excellent and made sure everything flowed, especially when we encountered an issue at my new home (not related to Execu Move). Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend their services.
