Company no longer answering emails
I have been ordering IKEA products from Home Swede Home for at least 12 years. There are some products that IKEA just does best. However, they have been 100% non-responsive since placing my most recent order in early November 2024 (and having paid my deposit). I saw on their Instagram account people were even trying to reach out to them via the comment function with the same situation. I would not recommend ordering from them any longer.

Company no longer answering emails
I have been ordering IKEA products from Home Swede Home for at least 12 years. There are some products that IKEA just does best. However, they have been 100% non-responsive since placing my most recent order in early November 2024 (and having paid my deposit). I saw on their Instagram account people were even trying to reach out to them via the comment function with the same situation. I would not recommend ordering from them any longer.

Very happy customer over here :) My daughter has wanted a Blahaj for ages, so I was super excited to discover Home Swede Home had one in stock on their online store. It arrived in perfect condition and is an authentic IKEA product. Thank you for the excellent service Home Swede Home!

HOME SWEDE HOME A ****?
Ordered and paid for a table to be delivered. The courier company Internet Experess experience has just sent me a message to say the table has been delivered, which clearly it has not. I have phoned all the numbers of the courier comapny and Home Swede Home, none of which have been answered, sent emails to the contact email addresses, one of which for the courier comapny does not even exist. THIS SEEMS LIKE A ****

Non existent service
Impossible to get hold of this company. They have no phone number and no email address. I sent numerous messages to them, enquiring about a specific product. I received one friendly call back from a gent on a Saturday morning, who promised to call me back with stock info by the following Monday. That’s two weeks ago, and nothing since. Do they actually exist.

Good quality and service
Brilliant experience. Easy to manage website. Delivery was super fast. The quality is way better than the usual „competitors“. The instructions to assemble are very good and everything fits perfectly. Everybody can put this together. The furniture is genuine IKEA. Highly recommended

Good quality and service
Brilliant experience. Easy to manage website. Delivery was super fast. The quality is way better than the usual „competitors“. The instructions to assemble are very good and everything fits perfectly. Everybody can put this together. The furniture is genuine IKEA. Highly recommended

Excellent service from order to delivery
Amazed that nobody has already written a review! Superior quality from Ikea is not the cheapest that you will find but their service and the product quality is way above that normally available. Their website is accurate and easy to use. Their warehouse staff are quick and efficient and their couriers are fast and friendly I have purchased a number of times now and each has been a pleasure. They also accept orders in advance and are excellent in updating on shipment arrivals during these difficult times
