Not the best service sadly. I wanted only 1 cube of topsoil as I had ordered before, but now told can only order2! I don’t need more. Even when offering to pay more for delivery they refuse. The truck is anyway taking the same time to and from site to me, whether it has 1 or 2 or 5 cubes! I don’t understand how people manage businesses and that they don’t want your money or further orders later either!!? Now I must go and find someone else to give my money to.. So insane!
On Sunday 19 Oct at N17 N3 toll heading to Johannesburg the e tag and card lane were not working. It caused a huge queue and no staff were on hand to assist. Even the manual lane had no card tap facilities either!! Seriously poor service!! Can’t get through to their support numbers either. Just had bad service. The usual SA service levels.
Never go to dowerglen elm st Eden vale KFC unless you like waiting over 35 mins to 1 hour for a basic order, and some frustration thrown in and deal with staff who ignore you. Myself and 3 others were waiting for over an hour. When we asked what’s going on? No answers. We asked for the manager who arrived 20 min later and had no idea of why there were issues! I and the other customer requested a refund after they also wasted 35min of my time. Other customers waited over an hour! Shocking service and I surely will never return, neither will the others they said. Well done to the owner for employing such excellent staff! Hope this outlet closes down soon too, as no one needs such service! Least KFC will never see another cent from me!
All I can say is never use hertz unless you want frustration and lies. Empty promises after 5 weeks of waiting for my refund. Takealot do refunds in less than 24 hours, but sadly not hertz. The Botswana branch at the Gaborone airport is just useless and am still waiting as I write this review. So much for service and dedication to customers. I will be sure to inform everyone I know never to use them. Really poor service and they have damaged their own reputation. Hopefully they close down soon too.

McDonald’s Edenvale in Linksfield road JHB, makes the poorest milkshakes.. 2x in a 2 weeks are unable to be enjoyed and more money wasted. I asked for a vanilla milkshake and get something so over sweet and tastes like rooibos tea!! The first time they messed up they put in caramel syrup!! I honestly can’t believe they can’t just make it right! So that’s 2x wrong messed up orders for 1 customer. How many more are there? Other people I know have also expressed their disappointment with this outlet. Sadly I will not be going back and will be sure to warn others not to go there either. We are not trying to go to Mars, but only making a milkshake, and that they can’t even get right!!
Why so so many bad reviews of poor service? I have had the same bad service many times as the other reviewers too, from many builders outlets. I can’t say I have ever had a good experience from any builders. You can complain to management etc and lodge complaints and yet nothing improves. The top management also doesn’t seem to be too bothered. If I was the CEO I would be ashamed. So many colleagues and friends don’t support builders because of the bad frustrating service. It is a sad state of business. All you see in the review replies is sorry, sorry, sorry, we will look into it… there should be no sorry required! but what has really changed? Not much in my opinion or experience.
The best moving company ever. Friendly efficient service. Prompt feedback and reasonable quotes. Furniture all wrapped and moved with no issues or drama. Nothing damaged. Big 21t truck fits a Lot! Carel knows what service and excellence is. Thank you again and for making my big move drama free!! Awesome reliable service the way it should be!
Why can’t courier guy get their Pudo service working? Why not test and have the app sorted BEFORE migration!? I was told on Saturday they would be up and running by the end of the day. It’s now almost Tuesday! I was told and also posted on their web pudo page to use the web pudo to book. That also doesn’t work!! When you call any courier guy outlet no one knows what’s the issue and no one has been informed!! Neither do any of the customer service agents. As for the so called WhatsApp bot, it can’t help Or answer any question you ask!! Way to go to fast business disaster. Sadly very poor service too, like most SA businesses. They just don’t care and couldn’t be Bothered if you go elsewhere. I already have, and won’t be back.

They and steers don’t care and still not fixed it. I’m told by the manager oh they still sorting it. My order was placed at another steers due to the incorrect phone number!! Now that’s excellent management and efficiency (not). I won’t be returning here again or to any other steers. It’s just frustrating and *********** service. Steers management doesn’t bother either. Least I won’t be back or supporting such a useless company.
