i spoke to Yana Chetty, on 4/11/2025,. Sent written confirmation my bank account won't be debited!!! HERE WE ARE AGAIN! Debot order reminders and my bank account is debited. What is RSAWEB doing?!!! never have i had such bad service!!!!!!
failed to deliver my order, reach us via the chat - spoke to Matthew, Chloe and the call center agent who keeps telling me its on a milk run, when you receive the sms you will know! All this **** does not tell me why i haven't received my order as stipulated on the App 11/11/2025! definitely NOT HERE Service providers only know HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY - NOT ACTUALLY DELIVER A SERVICE!!!!!

WOW RSAWEB 1. on 29/08/2025 i made my September payment 2. i advise them i need to relocate, they send me a link to select my address and choose my package. 3. it states free installation and costs would be underR 400/ for 3months 4. they don't receive my order, call sales - this Pumza tells me his going to call me back in 5minutes 5. next day i have to call back and to note HE DID NOTHING 6. Mitch confirms the package and off we go relocation started 7. i arrange the date & timefor installation, on the morning they change the time 8. get called again time changed again, eventually installed 9. installers advise i should be live next day and if any issues then call RSAWEB 10. yep correct wasn't live, called and no the projects team don't work weekends 11. to hear next day MY LINE WAS NEVER ACTIVE, i ask how is this possible to date that projects team still calling to just hear me complain 12. 25 sep i get an email from Onela Nkconyana, onboarding that i must pay R1318.36 cause i was live since 21 Sept - help me understand that amount for 9 days R1300 but monthly R515?? 13 No Onela onboarding team i was not - you only activated my account 22/09/2025- she/he yet to respond to my email 14. 29/09 accounts sends me an email i owe R1500 15. Again i already paid R515 for September and the info on their website STATED FREE INSTALLATION this is absoulute madness, consistently been let down by this provider!!!!!
not sure i understand. Relocation of fibre took place yesterday. initial time scheduled 8:30am then they call to reschule for 14:30, call again to come earlier 12:30. Line installed and lead to believe by technicians line is active and if any issues call RSAWeb if no connection. Call today to get told octatel DID NOT EVEN ACTIVATE THE LINE! Why do you schedule time and then conveniently the projects team DON'T WORK WEEKENDS!!!
i received an sms informing me of an outstanding Balance that occurred in April 2025. According the telephone call they have all my details yet they choose to send my ' to avoid further action' smses instead 3 months after the fact!! So i called to understand what this threatening sms is about as i don't recall using pathcare! I call and then i get asked when will i pay, i had to ask what the bill was about and for whom. Its for a pensioner!!! Then i get asked when will i pay, i had to ask for an invoice and then 3 weeks later i still don't have an invoice - call again and i hear we did send it but the lady i spoke with did NOT confirm the full email address. Eventually i get the invoice which states click on the PAYGATE LOGO NO LOGO GIVEN!! Ask for the banking information and here we are 4 days later NO response. I guess they will wait for another 3-6 months so they can yet again send a pensioner threatening smses - of legal action i guess!!!!!
Zukisani Rala, refused to transfer me to a TL, claims he is one. 26 minutes later my first name is mispelt according to him. I don't want my this service NO more where he confirmed 3X yes it will be cancelled. Then says no its not. I also have an email from RSAweb telling me my service is cancelled. And i have an email from RSAweb welcoming me and that my fibre service is LIVE. I WANT A SM/ OPS Manager to call me and resolve this matter today AS OF 1 JUNE I NO LONGER WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER
Spoke with Amanda @5pm, who advised she will be logging tickets on my behalf wrt my billing query: 1. Price adjustment email incorrect 2. the invoice amount quoted and Amanda's info different its now 19h00 and i have still not received confirmation of these tickets and i am sure no ticket was logged which will lead to the service being suspended for non payment! RSAWEB what a bad service provider!
1. support team not very helpful 2. want you use there ticket system however this tool does NOT suite my needs as my address has two lines connected/active 3. so i reach out again via the chat services, zukisani.rala, takes my chat - i explain the two lines situation and zukisani.rala says they will cancel the service at my address! 4. ask zukisani.rala if they read my messages - then states(reads with lots of tone) that they are fully aware of my request 5. to avoid further errors i ask for written confirmation/to update my original ticket with the additional info - their is response is - is there anything else i mean seriously can one not get proper service and why have a tool that does not offer/allow me to add info like there are 2 lines active at the address why can is it so difficult
the most expensive fibre service provider; terrible service ALL the time they are always experiencing high call volumes DON'T SIGNUP with RSAweb -what a disaster company!
