Be carefully they are *****ing alot there and management is doing nothing about it .be carefully...I won't recommend this outing

Vox- Telecom worst service provider ever
Guys don't use vox Telecom - worst customer service ever - Here is my story We as new customer was treated unfair. We were promised a monthly package of R655.00 including showmax and till date nothing happen. I phoned Werner he doesn’t come back to me . I phone your sales team al that they saying they will come back to us. I phone Clinton no answer, leave message not even calling me back Why must I as customer keep on following up on this issue - This is insane. Is this how you treat new customer’s? At this stage we will cancel your service and everywhere we go tell people not to use you.Our service was only activated on the 4th of September and had to wait for 3 weeks this is insane. then after a day our service go down no feedback I Had to phone 3 times to hear what is happening -Don't use Vox Telecom - worst customer servuice
