FANTASTIC Service & Prices
What an exceptional experience. I got my order wrong (missed a letter on the tyre description), and things were attended to within no time. Incredible customer service, and best prices i could find. I would rate tyres.co.za any time!

Mijoy Yorkie Puppy Scam
SCAM: We lost R5000 under the impression we would get a Yorkie puppy. Long story short - we should never have paid with out seeing the puppy first, unfortunately my mother is very impressionable and honest and believes the best in people. There are two different websites for the same company. Two different sets of contact details. There is a real Mijoy Yorkie puppy breeder based in Fourways, and her name is really Joyce. But there is a group of people who have copied her website, use her name and expect payment with out seeing the puppy first. The only way around this is: 1. Go and see the puppy first, and pay cash when you collect it. 2. For Joyce ( the real Joyce) to fight to get her "competitor" shut down as Mijoy will continue to get a bad name. 3. Consider getting a rescue. There are so many beautiful Yorkies that need homes, why support breeders?

2 Weeks no call Back
I took my car in to have hatch lid struts replaced and to have 2 noises checked out. On the day i received a call at around 2 to say one noise had been fixed, and that the other was a silencer near the back left wheel, and that they didn't have the struts or silencer in stock. They did however assure me the parts would be there in 2 workings days and they would have my car in to replace the parts. It has now been 2 weeks. I have called and called (at least 6 times) but no one will call me back with an answer. I then went to the dealership and the warranty clerk told me she would book my car in today (the 16th) but that should would call to confirm the parts had been delivered. Here i am with no parts or call back. <br> <br> I have never had such bad service, not from any other industry. I cannot believe that between 4 people, not one of them was unable to even call me back 5 times!!! 5 times i was told they would call me back. I know have to resort to throwing a haffy at the dealer at 4 o'clock when there are other customers there so that they will get my attention. I truly will never buy another Hyundai again because of this.
