I wrote a complaint about Jumbo more than a week ago and they haven't contacted me even today
Hi 25/03/2025 I went to Jumbo I saw a ladies boot my size and only 1left, I went to the tills to laybuy it for upcoming winter season. Sales person advised and assisted me to buy with Pay Just Now and I was happy to go home with it. I'm 100% sure that I started wearing them in May 2025, to my surprise a month later after wearing them for few times they got damaged, I was so disappointed because with their make I could not even take them to the shoe maker. 17 June 2025 I took them back to the store, I was assisted by the manager who sent a message to their group asking for advice if he should take it back or not. He asked me to go he would contact me when he got a reply, The manager called to tell me unfortunately they can't exchange or refund me for my damaged boot because its over 1 month. But he sent to the other group then he'll call me again. To this day I never got my refund and I left the boot at shop because there was nothing I could do with them. This was not the 1st time buying boots from Jumbo , I still have other1 that i bought 2020 and i still wear it. I want my money back please.
They deducted the amount after 5days of joining, I waited for for the policy documents bt still didn't get them. I was told to use the app for any changes or cancelation but cannot access anything. I've been calling 0113203000 for 3weeks no answer I emailed them for cancelation they rep**** telling me that I can only cancel telephonically. I want to cancel this policy and be refunded my money as they gonna deduct again this month
