So I am not one to go with other people’s opinions on anything, but. I did order the Rain 5g service for a VERY IMPORTANT assignment that I had to do. After ordering and listening to my son’s review of his own experience, I decided to give Rain a chance... I placed the order on Friday the 5th of February, and got the mail from Ram that the goods would be delivered on the 9th of February, which they were around 12:00 midday. But 4:30 hours of receiving the goods, the sim was still not RiCAred...and I can already tell that I will be asking for my refund of services not rendered...if my SIM is not ready for use within the next 24 hours, I will certainly be advocating for Rain to fall on all social medias, because enough is enough for this nonsense service that all these people have been complaining about for all these years... sies man...
Logged a call on Saturday, 7 April regarding Dstv issue. Called on Monday to follow-up and was told the call was being escalated to a technician who would be calling me back. Called again 5 hours later and was told that the technician would call and no call was received. Not the first time experiencing bad customer service from Smart Village. You constantly have to follow-up with them, and they take their time attending to your issue... Very poor customer service indeed...
