I have previously had excellent service and paid the day of invoice. They had to come back 3 times to find the source of water damage and should have found the issue before it became even bigger and caused a lot of ceiling damage. They have the facts wrong about opening a box for the piping to be inspected and the fact they failed at seeing the hole the first time is being charged to my account. I told them about marks on a downstairs ceiling and opened the piping box in my upstairs bathroom, more than that I couldn’t s**** feed them to do their job properly. I just expect a humble acknowledgement that they missed the source of the water and they will carry just their invoice. I could sue them for ceiling damage too.
Suntank geyser needs repair and servicing. they ask you to pay upfront then you wait more than 5 days and still no notification of service date! this is surely against consumer norms?
I purchased a new product called Dutch Waffles. as I attempted to open them I was prophetically surprised that they only had a metal clip holding the wrapping and no vacuum packing as I know these biscuits are affected by moisture.<br> <br> well what do you know...BITE MARKS on the top waffle. just felt a bit unhygienic. I informed Woolworths a week ago to have a look at this packaging. I have had NO feedback and feel it is insensitive and disrespectful of a clients concern to not even give a coutesy call!
