I have not received my excess refund for an accident that occurred in 2012 which is long overdue. My ID number is 850805 6224 086.
My name is Luthando Mehlomakulu (ID number: 850805 6224 086), cell number: 079 261 1712. I entered lease contract with Teljoy in January 2024 to be utilised for work purposes. Laptop did not function properly function first day I received and I returned it. Two monthly instalments were deducted even though had no notebook at use. To date have not received replacement notebook and puzzles me that there is no replacement notebook provided coz they kept on saying they returned it to manufacturer. They do not even inform me the specific date when the new replacement notebook will be delivered. The customer experience is appalling and has costed me opportunities as I depend on the notebook to retain my clients.
My insurance is long overdue and I have submitted all required documents that are need including external investigations. Now I am being informed by another assessor to go the site where there was accident and as I was informed that all the information was obtained via my phone and also external investigator. I am currently have no chance to go to the site as I dont have a car and the place visible in accident report. The claim was supposed to be finalised by 07 December 2023 and now they want to see the location which they can go by themselves and check where I had accident. They promptly responded to my query and managed to resolved it immediately.
Since my car was in an accident from 26th of March until to date have not got straight response for approval. One assessor to another and the process is quite slow. Seems the intention is to reject the clam.

I have been requested to send numerous documents including accident report, settlement letter and opy of the license of the car. or the past two weeks I have not been receiving any communication about my car and the insurance is still having my car.
