WARNING ⚠️🚨 Do not use Applique Appliances in Vanderbijlpark for any repair service. We had a call out to our house that was R320, Just for them to tell use what is wrong with our washing machine. The two men that came to our house to inspect our washing machine said that the magnet was gone & we only need a new small magnet, it will be a very cheap fix. They did not have the magnet with them, so they said they will come the next day to replace it. I paid them the R320 for the call out & they left. The next day we received a quote form Applique Appliances that stated it will be over R700 to fix our washing machine. There were things mentioned that weren't even broken on our washing machine. We then declined the quote & said we will get the magnet ourself & just replace it as it is a very easy fix. The receiption lady replied we are not allowed to do it ourselves, we must use them as they said what was wrong with our washing machine. What happened to free choice? It is our money and we have a choice if we want to use their service or not!!!!! These people are bullies, they lie with eyes open. Do not use them please!!!!!!!!!
I was in the process to apply for a small loan and before the lady that helped me even started with the proses, she said they can not assist me because I work for my husbands company. Apparently this was not allowed. This is poor service and judgement form their side!!! I work very hard for my earnings and for them to refuse me financial service because I work for my husbands pty (Ltd) registered company is very unfair.
I registered my company through Company Partners and at the beginning they were professional. It has been weeks and still need to receive services that I paid for and no answer? I called, whatsapp and emailed many times with no success. I'm so disappointed! How can I grow my business if they do not deliver the service I paid for.
Hello Peter I took my tv into Audio Pulse in Vanderbijlpark to be fixed. They called me to come get my tv but when I picked it up there was faults on my tv because they did not assemble it correctly. When I complained about it they had to send my tv back to Jhb where it was fixed and I had a to wait again. They called me to collect my tv again and there was white spots on my tv screen and they said its because of damage from a power serge. I then paid them and took my tv home. Two weeks after I collected my tv from them it did the same as when I took the tv to them to be fixed. When I spoke to the owner he said he will send my tv in again and I may be charged again. I then refused to pay any more money as I already paid 1600 rand. I asked him if he can refund some of the money that I paid so I can get my tv fixed by someone else. He said no he wont and then let the phone die on me on purpose. This is the worst company with the worst customer service. I paid all that money for nothing!
