I struggeld for months with fraud on my cheque account etc and loan apllication that hangs and a lot of unresolved issues witch he has sorted for me in less than i week thank you so much. I would recomend his service for everybody. Keep up the good work .
I have 3 cases with scorpion that nothing happens on they never call u back or email u back or anything you have to keep calling them leave messages and no ons call u back this is one of those services were you pay but get no value for your money worst service ever. WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM FOR ANY ONE RATHER USE LEGALWISE ETC
On 17/12 i send an email to Serona who were supposed to call me back with my new instalment two weeks earlyier to 17/12. with no feed back so i send her an email asking she must give me amount as well as put me in tuch with a manager/ suppervisor. She only responded with the amout and no further cominucation. I did a upgrade on my ccount and received my tv on the 14/12 it was loaded in a truck that looked like it is coming from a dump everything was on each other and i told the driver that i hope al is working now once i got home and unpaked my tv and switch it on i see that half of the the screenhas got a pink mark seems like half of screen not working. I have been with teljoy for almost two years now and is very disapointed in theire servece the list you if you pay late but the do not honor theire agreement. I did not want to come to hello peter but wen serona ignored my email i said that im go to make war. Cart blance also will do a story as im not the only one complaining. I will not pay my account till all is repaired and changed as i did in writeing. Teljoy is very dishonest and untrustworthy will never do busnisse with them again. Wors supplier ever
I have been with teljoy for almost 2 years now and make use of the 6 month upgrade option then your contract starts over again January i did upgrade to lg smart tv and was told by agent it comes with camera i asked for tv with it to use on skype as i work from home a lot received my tv and no camera so i kept the tv because it had realy good picture but was discused as i pay R1000 pm for my tv and not what i orderd. so last week i upgraded again orderd from theire web site ashured samsung got camera so received new tv and guess no camera again so i conected the tv at home and im very un happy the tvs picture is realy bad so i phoned in to teljoy to cancell this tv becaused they lied again over camera i wanted my tv back i had or change this one we received for something els but was adviced i have to wait 6 months again after i phoned them 2 hours after it was delevired to say i do not want this tv not what i orderd and the picture quality is pathetic. Second time teljoy cathes me like this. I dont mind the instalment just feel the cating us. Cunsumer law says you can send back in 7 days but teljoy dont even fix theire mistake in 2 hours cartblance and huisgenoot here i come
I opend my cheque account about three months ago. Sat in brance two hours to update my acount details and fica my account etc. It stil was not done or updated. I struggeld two months with emails between me and my banker etc to get this fixed. After two months this was corrected. and my sms updates started working but in the time it was not working or udated a large amount went out of my account i picked it up and called it in to find out i have to wait two months before standerdbank can give me an awnser think it is time to get cart blanche and laywers inwolfe and get this sorted standerdbank dont update your detail etc and you get problems on your acount with now help from the bank you have to wait on theire time line they dont care not their money taken out of account the can pay theire bills etc so bugger the customer. If this hapens to n bank employee it will be sorted on the same day. The worst bank i ever moved to and wont recomend them for any person
I opend my account about three months back and only had problems since then. I have to phone them in or email to get sms notifications to fica my account etc after i spend two hours in the branch wen i collected my card to update everthing. Now for the past two months money goes out of my account like im a millioner and my sms notifications was only done on saterday only received my sms now to say it was done. Now for the past few days i tried to get a dispute form to dispute transactions not made by me and standerdbank do not get back to u or if you phone in the transfer you around im a pristage klient but that help me nothing about 30 000 was transact on my account and still no help from standardbank im busy with my lawyer and cart blance standerdbank was the wors dissition i ever made there is no customer service and to have a personal banker thas not mean you get helped they take a month to awnser a email after you phone head office
I have a acount with teljoy for more than a year now and never been with out problems. Theire is payments missing on my statment that i struggeld to get for a year now you get billed for faulty equipment that gets collected and you wait 5 weeks to get it back even this is still ok but then you make half payments to trie and get your account sorted still no help from teljoy your emails does not get awnserd etc so on monday the companie i work for told us theire is problems with salarys and it will only be paid on the 7 i send thru a letter to teljoy from Hr to make a note on my account that payment wil be made on the 7 and to my knolage my acount with the missing payments must be up to date received a letter from the legal deparment today saying legal fees etc will be added to my acount why must we as customers alwas take responsebilety for dishonest companies and even if you made a arangment for something out of your controll get penilazed for it. Im also going to cart blance to investigate this as i was billed for old equipment for two months as well after a upgrade. I never dealth with a dishones companie as teljou and will not recoment them.
I went to take out a loan sighned my contract etc and got back to the office only to get a call saying one of your papers is not right you have to come sighn it again i spend more than an hour in the branche to get my paperwork checked and finalized why did thcan go the person helping me not check all the documents before he told me you can go this is very unprofesional and i had to take of from work to do this and then spend a long time theire to leave and contract etc sighned to get a call to say sorry u have to come back i will never go to african bank cape gate again.
I have been sending my forms and documentation required to them for the past two weeks email and fax. They say it takes 5 working days to get back to you. On 5 working days you receive sms saying your documents is not in order resend again then you resend again and get the same feedback. If you phone in they say we will find out and phone you back but never happens. This is on n bussnisse acount think i must move back to Absa never had this problems with them. FNB worst bank ever and the bad thing is many people complain about them but thy never fixes it they like to get theire money but no service further. I faxed ithrou to them this morning again cost me R300 phoned in and they said sorry nothing received.
I have a acount with teljoy for almost a year now in the begining everthing was great but as time progressed everthing changed. The last to months i did not pay my account up to date because if been struggeling to get my faulty equipment repaired.So i paid a amount of R2000 per month to try and get reaction no reaction received so my first complaint on hello peter help me to get my equipment booked in. So i arranged to pay my acount up to date as soon as equipment is repaired. Three weeks went buy with no cominication. So i phoned in and they said the found the problem and is just waiting for the part so i said i will bring my acount up to date the next day.<br> Next morning at 9 am i received a call from their tecnical department saying sound system under warenty and lg must replace it so another three weeks past and no replacement yet. Today i received a letter saying my acount is in arrears and im getting billed for equipment i dont have and my contract staits if faulty get repaired or replaced now the customer gets billed for a unit that is faulty from supplier. The worst part is teljoy listed me on itc for not paying my account up to date but the do not keep theire terms.
