Why I wont recommend Smash Auto Body.
If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot vouch for the quality of their workmanship, as it has been 2 months and 6 days since my car was booked in for repairs due to hail damage. I can write an excuses manual with all the excuses they've given me for why the car isn't ready yet, from waiting for authorisation to waiting for parts, to the weather. Forget about getting regular updates. I had to call for updates and got the run-around, with my car supposedly ready by tomorrow for a full week now and still not there. They always promise to call back within 5 minutes after speaking with the owner, but the call never comes, forcing me to call again and receive the same stale platitudes. All I can say is don't use Smash Auto Body if you want any kind of service.

1st for Woman Bad Service and refund not being paid after policy was canceled
If I could give minus stars I would. Firstly when I previously complained they indicated that they would investigate which they did not do. When I wanted to cancel my policy I had to struggle for 3 days to do so. They then told me the debit order was already sent to the bank but that I would receive my refund within 4 days. That was on 27 August. We are now at 12 September and still no refund . I have had to call 3 times to enquire about the refund and were given the runaround each and every time with the refund Date always within the next two to four days. I do not trust 1st for woman at all despite their so-called caring attitude- haha - "what is important yo you is important to us." CLearly NOT.

My car wS stolen and recovered on 15 Feb 2022. To this day it has not been repaired yet with an ETA of 24 April. The insurance twice changed service providers the second time after it was already with the appointed service provider fo two weeks. My policy allows for car rental of 27 days. First for woman was not willing to extend the rental period even though the hold up was not my fault. I am not impressed with their service AT ALL. Will not recommend to anyone.
