Just receive a mail to say my wife signed for the flowers I ordered. Buts he’s with me at home. Not sure where it was delivered or who signed for it but she unfortunately didn’t get any today. I called netflorist at 4pm and queried my order, after an apology I was asked if I wanted a refund which I accepted. This service is useless. Unfortunately this is repeated disappointment. I ordered flowers a few weeks ago and had the same experience. I email customer care but didn’t get any feedback.
