Same experience by my wife like all the other complainants. The trick you into buying because there is a timer on the screen that makes you think the tickets are being sold out, they are *****ulant because you can select best seats but never are the seats indicated, so you don't know actually where you are sitting, they over price their tickets and have this Bullsh*t policy of no refund. People must just keep harassing them for refunds. When you write them they say they reply within 24 hrs only but "push" you to pay for the tickets.

I have not had any C Track service since April 2019 after I applied in November 2018 and all documentation was sent to Samuel Maribe <Samuel.Maribe@ctrack.co.za>. But I have been sent an email from hybrid collection saying that I owe C Track R12654.98. I have now, since receiving this email, gone and checked up on invoices sent to me by C track and have seen that an administration error was made on C Track's side of which they never informed me (invoices in Feb 2019 indicates some incorrect account error three months after having the service activated). Mr Maribe never contacted me and indicated that there is a problem and C Track has just gone and piled on the debit amount each month.
I placed an order. I received it quite quickly but the product is faulty. I have bee trying to contact them for more than a week now with no avail. Voicemail is full and they do not answer their phone or respond to emails.
