And the SAGA continues, my emails pre the outage, all gone, email folders all gone! I had to setup a temp website just to keep face. I pay for backups of my site monthly, they can't even restore that. they just test email, say it sends and receives, so its working, and temp site shows. WHAT ABOUT MY LOST DATA? Who do i invoice for my loss?
1-Grid had a server issue the last week. I logged in, my website gone, lost all my emails. They said once the issue is resolved, the data will be back. Today I see my ticket is closed saying it is fixed. Logged back in, all email gone and website not restored. I pay money for my website backup, now I have nothing, lost years of info. I want a full refund, as they cannot seem to keep a stable platform. Support is terrible!
My 1 year old 7kg washing machine died on 7 July 2023. Logged call with the samsung call center, helpful to get this done. Weekend strikes, machine under warranty and i am told 3 working days till resolution. My clothing is stuck inside the machine that cannot be opened or doesnt even power on. Today is 3rd working day. I am told they are still waiting on the part. 5 days now my clothing is stuck inside the machine, totally ruined all my work clothing. Nobody has called to keep us updated. Load shedding at 2pm till 6pm so guess we are moving onto day 4. 2 year warranty on a machine and they want to replace a part. Bring me a new machine so we can actually wash our clothing, and now I need to replace damaged clothes? Never had this issues with other washing machine brand, 13 years from our LG, very disappointed in the follow up and no sense of urgency for this case.
