Angry beyond
No patient is suppose to waited to be helped for 2days. No patient is suppose to be shouted at for the Doctor who messed on the patient or a drip that came out! Night shift for the 14th December was rude and no words can describe how disappointed i am. The hospital needs to upgrade here services

Pathetic Services
Bad services on the 27th December 2021, instead of helping people Dr Nzama (SBU) went sit in his car. Patients were there since 7AM and only assisted at 11PM.. Why should a person wait to get assisted, why wait so long? Lets not even talk about how rude the security staff is ! Government Services at this place is pathetic..Services needs to change

Bad Services
This place doesnt even deserve a star. Night Shift staff on 27th December 2021 wasnt helpfull and the doctor name Nzama ( called him SBU) was rude and was laughing at me for explaining what the case was. Waited for oxygen for my dad who is 73 years since 08:27 PM and only received oxygen at around 11PM. Still we havent received helped and left.

Bad Sales person
I wouldnt give a star for the bad services i have received from Sipho ( Sales Person)in master cars. Not telling a customer the car is sold while still make arrangements. Unacceptable.. And Please dont call me im not interested.
