I raised a claim in Nov 2014. Up to date, even after reporting on Hello Peter, I have been messed around. Vehicle has been taken for inspection numerous times with the promise that they will call us to bring the car in for repairing the scratches and dents. I have had no response. I have contributed premiums over 3.5 years!<br> <br> This is a scam!<br> They should be shut down immediately.<br> <br>
Turbo conversion for vehicle<br> Advised that vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks. There was no customer service in the updating of delays and the progress. Promised to be ready, and shop is closed on that Saturday. Promises go on for weeks and no deliverance! No apology for delays! Lies and stories go on and on... <br> <br> CPI kept the vehicle for over 2 months. The vehicle is still not on the road! <br> <br> To release the vehicle, I had to pay him in full and get the car towed off his premises to another mechanic ! And all at my own cost! <br> <br> Do not support CPI<br> <br> Incorrect advise<br> No customer service<br> Dishonesty<br> Bad attitude<br> Untrustworthy
A claim was logged for scratch & dent in November 2014. <br> To date I am still awaiting for my vehicle to be repaired. Virgin lost document, and they don't reply by email. <br> My vehicle went for inspection first week in May. Telephonic communication was that my car will be repaired first week in May. I am still waiting for Virgin to respond. Does it take more than 8 months to get repairs done?? And my premiums keep increasing. I requested cancellation a month ago, and that has not been done!
