Poor
Took my car for timing chain replacement and camshaft replacement on the 16th December 24 car was only finished in 18th February 25 with fault codes driver seat torn,good luck to the people who plan to service their car @ U Performance

Wouldn't recommend these guys!! Did an induction Kit with stage 2 TCU and ECU mapping , only to find out that their mapping over boosted my turbo and broke the bearing same day the tune was done!!, When I asked for the mapping logs I was told my car is second hand and that's what broke it , then was charged 7.5k to remove the engine and 7.5k to fit back the engine 15k on labor. extremely a money scheme to get you to fix your car with them,

Absolutely Terrible
<div>I was charged R8k for a front-mount intercooler on my S3, only later to find out that it actually costs about R850!! The fitment was pathetic and my car was given back with broken bumper clips. And on top of that when I removed the bumper to try and fix it, I saw that the cooler was clearly second-hand and had a big dent on the bottom. I would not go anywhere near this place.</div>

Poor Service and terrible workmanship
<p>We took a vehicle in for upgrade to the engine and software</p> <p>We were quoted around R50K and we accepted the quote</p> <p>The work was very poor and the vehicle had to go back atleast 5 times at what point we gave up</p> <p> </p> <p>The car was not assembled properly and all the parts were not refitted to the car</p> <p>I am also of the opinion that some of our parts were exchanged for faulty parts</p> <p> </p> <p>We have upo until now been unable to resolve these issues with them and they just dont return our calls</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recomend using them as they seem to never be at fault</p>

Turbo conversion: Incompetent/unprofessional
Turbo conversion for vehicle<br> Advised that vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks. There was no customer service in the updating of delays and the progress. Promised to be ready, and shop is closed on that Saturday. Promises go on for weeks and no deliverance! No apology for delays! Lies and stories go on and on... <br> <br> CPI kept the vehicle for over 2 months. The vehicle is still not on the road! <br> <br> To release the vehicle, I had to pay him in full and get the car towed off his premises to another mechanic ! And all at my own cost! <br> <br> Do not support CPI<br> <br> Incorrect advise<br> No customer service<br> Dishonesty<br> Bad attitude<br> Untrustworthy

Lack of Feedback
I requested pricing and information on performance enhancements on my vehicle, however the only response I got was \ Np I can book you in for next week".<br> <br> This did not clarify what would be done"
