We have a fleet of vehicles that we have Cartrack tracking units installed that we use to track our drivers and deliveries with One of the units that is still under warrantee failed in March of this year We cannot get Cartrack to repair or replace the unit and we keep being messed around from pillar to post What use is it being with a tracking company that you cannot use to track your vehicles? I am thinking of changing to a different tracking company that can provide better service
I placed an order for a turbo and paid for the item in full I was promised delivery of the item end of November By mid December I was told that they did not receive my order and offered me a refund, I accepted the offer on the refund as I am unable to wait another month plus for the next shipment to arrive I had then purchesed another Turbo from a European supplier and now Turbodirect SA refuse to refund me even though they are unable to honor their supply commitment

<p>We took a vehicle in for upgrade to the engine and software</p> <p>We were quoted around R50K and we accepted the quote</p> <p>The work was very poor and the vehicle had to go back atleast 5 times at what point we gave up</p> <p> </p> <p>The car was not assembled properly and all the parts were not refitted to the car</p> <p>I am also of the opinion that some of our parts were exchanged for faulty parts</p> <p> </p> <p>We have upo until now been unable to resolve these issues with them and they just dont return our calls</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recomend using them as they seem to never be at fault</p>
