Customer service I think is non existing within this company the worst customer service I have ever received and unprofessional. And quick to take money and never sorting out what I payed for! Now I'm sitting without internet and my money! Can't ever return a call or message! Please think twice before making use of ultra ip's services there are alot of companies that actually do what they say and have awesome customer service but unfortunately I can't install yet as I want a refund for my hardware I paid for from ultra ip but no it doesn't look like I'm getting it back endless issues and a bad attitude and not willing to sort out the issue. Take note of this horrible customer service and problems in getting equipment!

I received my quote 2017/06/03 for AIRMAX5GHZ Home 5 GHZ UBNT HOME KIT CUSTOM and made payment 2017/06/04 so payment was received quickly then there was a problem that they couldn't install the hardware as the technician's wive went into early labor, we were understanding and said it's fine then Louis said he will give us a temporary huawei rooter as we had paid him for internet services also and had no internet. I asked him again for installation again then there was complications with the baby and ever since just excuses and no installation he claimed we had a better option with the Rooter but every time I checked internet speed it said your internet speed is very slow your internet download speed is very slow. web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly so I just wanted my hardware to be installed that's what I paid for and wanted. Numerous telephone calls, messages, whats-apps, no installation. (from June now in October 2017) never returning them. The internet then started asking for updates, eventually the 21st of October he sends me a voice note to come and update the rooter. He could not update the rooter and explained it's going to be sent to the technicians to be fixed and returned by Wednesday he took the unit with him (I'm left with the box). I forgot that my husband had his final Skype class in order to get his qualification, I called to get the rooter back sooner than Wednesday as without internet he can't do his Skype class and will loose his certificate but yes attitude from there and then suddenly we didn't have wireless internet service in our area any longer Louis then said he is going to stop the service refund me my remainder of the month now I can't get hold of him and need my refund so that I can pay a new service provider and nothing? I just want my money back for the hardware I never received can't understand why this can't be sorted out and handled in a descent way. Disappointed in the service level and how I was spoken to and treated VERY unprofessional totally now I just want my money back and never path ways with this company again will never use ULTRAIP for internet ever in my life again.

<p>We found Ultraip wifi providers on google wifi Johannesburg. We talked to Louis who said he will install but before connection he needs the money first.</p> <p>we paid R1900.00 inti his account. He then vanished the next day without a trace. We then tried to reverse the money but his bank couldnt reverse due to insufficient funds or other. We called and whatsup the entire day. He then got back to us saying his girlfriend vanished with his car and phone. He then kept on for two more days " trying" to establish a connection! He asked for our banking details to " pay" the money back. I tried to explain he must wait the bank is busy with a reversal of funds. He doesnt return whatsupps or calls and doesnt read them. He talks in circles and never reply on a question. He now refuses to pay the money back, blocked our phone numbers as well. Please be aware as they take your money and run!</p>
