Beware of this company. They are a ****. Will issue you with a quote and an invoice making them look very professional. Once payment is made they do not deliver and give you excuses of trucks breaking down. Their physical address also does not exist. Report them to SAPS and your bank. Wish there is a way that these guys can be traced and tracked down as people are losing money to these ************ people.
I have logged a fault with my ISP regarding no internet connection. I have been told that the matter has been assigned to a technician and one will be dispatched as soon as one becomes available, no ETA can be provided. My frustration is that this is now a week later and have not had any joy in getting the problem resolved. My ISP keeps telling they doing all that they can and they are waiting for Openserve to send out a technician. I am getting nowhere slowly with my ISP as well as Telkom as they both seem to have their stories in check and yet I am the one experiencing the inconvenience. I can't even get a manager's name to escalate this matter. Doubt I will even get this issue resolved today after complaining on this forum.
I opted to take out the DSTV explorer special at R849 over 24 months. I sent an SMS to DPP and was called back by an agent who took me through the entire application which was successful. I was requested for a date on which to take the pro rata payment and it was agreed to take the payment on 06/10/2015. On the agreed date no payment was taken. I called and enquired and was advised that there was a problem but they will load the payment for 09/10/2015. Again on the agreed date no payment was taken. I called in again on 17/09/2015 and was given the number of the DPP department to call. I called and spoke to a Lesedi who advised me that the initial agent who assisted me did not load the product that I wanted and also did not select the date for the pro rata payment to be taken but only made a note of the date. She promised to load everything and take the payment on 20/10/2015. Well yet again the payment was not taken. When I called again this morning 21/10/2015 I was told they don't know what the problem is but will send the request to Lesedi at DPP to call me back. It is now 3 weeks later and I am now at a stage where I want this matter resolved today.
