My vehicle has been at Motus Ford for three weeks just for a service and to replace a turbo. Every time there is an excuse. I tired of waiting with little or no feedback. I must phone them all the time, and their answer is vague with no definite time frame.
For months we have bee waiting for our money to be refunded Even promises made by Claudia James means nothing
They are working from home do not tell me that they cannot do refunds from home surely they have internet banking.
We booked just before the lockdown which was of course cancelled, we have been struggling since then to get our money back. We have send proof of payment and our banking details but they are just ignoring our request.
When the product was sold to me Christo informed me that the contract could be canceled at any time. When I wanted to cancel the contract there were numerous problems which was not declared to me at the time i bought the product. Now they refuse to give me my money
