I was very excited to receive this material. I am a blind customer. Blind, meaning completely blind. My Taylor asked me to get Fabrics of 3m each. I didn't know any particular shops online & stumbled upon MHCWorld. I had chosen the products that I'd liked. The website was reasonably accessible, but what's the point of a lovely easy website If your business is bull****ters. The company's policy is that customers must sign for the items & check that the fabric is in good order. The gentelman who delivered the product said he would sign for me. I did ask If I can sign, or If I should get a sighted person to do It & I asked what was required from them. The gentelman then said to me "Not to worry mam, I'll sign for you, don't worry". I had said thank you & had felt that the products felt fabulous. this evening, the 27th June, my Taylor walked in & I was showing her what I had bought. Now, remember I had said, I'm blind. Yes, I know you can say the Taylor was lying, but I have worked with her several times, & she said that all the materials were 2m or 220m, but not the 3m I had specifically ordered. I can give HelloPeter my Order Number. The products are in excellent condition. They are beautiful & I could of done so much with them, meaning I could of asked this lady to make me Pants & Shirts, but now I feel upset that I was cheated. I want my money back in full, or I want MHCWorld to deliver the material that they didn't give me. You pay them over R1000 for what you think is Great Quality & you hope for Sincere honest service, but even after my first order, I was given the products, but not what I had requested. I can't drive, & there are sighted people who can't drive, but you are forced to rely on going to a place because for us blind & disabled people, this is what you fear! I can't see the picture, but the CM sizes are clearly stated & I ordered 3cm or 3m of everything. The Corduroy was 140cm, I had ordered x2, so that was supposed to be 260cm, but I got 2m of everything, or at least just over 2m. I don't know who cuts & packages their materials, but I'm not sure If this person or several people are just plain lazy, or If they wanted to cut you the wrong sizes & then pocket the rest. If this is their attitude then I won't deal with them ever again & I'll tell everyone Wide & Far not to deal with this company as their first order was not accurage. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is unacceptable.
I order very frequently on Mr Delivery. I am a blind user. When you log a complaint of a wrong order, Mr Delivery requires you to submit a photo. I try & do this but my photo skills as a blind person is not that bright as I can't see what I'm doing. I have tried to submit tickets to Mr D, but they have asked me to submit a photo of 3 Vetkoek before I can get a refund. I had gone into the help part of the order where they can see my receit & I had tried to oblige them by submitting a photo but all I ask for favour. If I order all Large Vetkoek & I receive all mediums, that is steal as If I had paid for mediums, that would be one thing but If you pay for larges & get mediums, that is not honest. All I want is for Mr Delivery to understand & try & see my case as a visually impaired person. I just feel that a receit can't lie & If I take a photo & Its not completely what It should be, can't they have some kind of heart just to see I try. If It was about garnish or too much sauce, that could be letten go but because this is about money & life is tough & the economy is expensive, all I want is honesty & to get my moneys worth. Plain & simple.

I called this company. I believe one branch is in Roodepoort, but they have branches all over the country. I called and said that my electricity had tripped, and when trying to switch It on, It refused to come on even after 10 minutes. I explained that I was blind and that I couldn't tell them what they may need to know. They then asked because I was blind, how did I get their number and how did I want to pay because I can't see. I explained that If they can bring a card reader, as long as It was a analogue machine where I can feel the keypad It would be fine. I gave them my address and they then sent one of their guys out. When the electrician arrived, he didn't really even give us time to decide what we wanted to do, he was very fast to get started. He talked very fast and gave different calculations. My husband was with me and If he didn't stop them, they probably would of tried to fix the whole DB board which I believe for this company costs almost R10000. At the end we settled on R2500, but we didn't feel very easy about things. The electrician worked very quickly and It seemed almost roughly. He took 2 days to come back and install the new trip switch and other components because of the Heritage day public Holiday. My husband and I felt unsafe though because somehow the electrician managed to get power to the house, but he had taped up the box while he was working and If something was to go wrong, we would have no way to control things. Eventually, the electrician installed everything and I sighned for his work. He scratched my card meaning the old technology where he put a piece of paper over my card and then used a tool to scratch the card details so they could withdraw the money. The electrician even spoke to my father and we settled on R2500 which I expected them to withdraw on the Tuesday. The ****** company then withdraw my money twice and double charged me and now they not reversing the payment. This is utterly dishonest, and when the electrician walked in and even when I spoke to the office, I didn't get the idea we were going to get good service but we were panicking and wanting electricity back. I want to name and shame this company for not only taking advantage of blind people but also for having such ridiculous prices and not being honest enough to just take R2500 as agreed, but they had to withdraw double and now they acting like they didn't know It even happened. Shocking, absolutely shocking.
