NON REFUND OF R11 900.25 after I sold my house last year January. Emailed nearly 200 times, phoned MANY TIMES tried to send attorneys to check up. I am still getting a bill for a year now (and the new owner which is paying) for payment of services ranking up to R16000 + Now they want to give ME over to ITC!!! But THEY owe met R11900.25 and this is a year later. I need somebody to help. Account no. **********
SCAM ARTISTS - Nationwide Collections Agency...dEBT COLLECTORS THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY Please beware of this company. I always run through Hellopeter before I do business with anyone, and unfortunately nothing was noted about this company. Here you deal with Grant Rielly and Penny Rielly (Heuer). They very excited to start helping and very quick to demand your payment. They even start making plans withouth your paymen being made so that adds to the pressure to pay them. You pressure you for their payment so you think they will do the same to the people that owe YOU money.... Once payment was made (R8000), they demand another R10 000. Although my invoice stated R8000 upfront with a 10% on the succesful recovery from the amount that needs to be collected. They all very excited - wants to collect the full amount and not the ARREAR amount as I requested (so obviously commision will then be double) but they demand another R10 000 to get things done and dusted within 48 hours. GUESS what.... been 6/7 weeks later and NO response. NO update. NO money recovered. If you google a bit on the internet you will find hundreds of people that lost their money with an atempted 'recovery'. Such a shame - people that opt Debt Collecting tried all different ways of getting their money back - and here you get trapped into just loosing MORE MONEY!!! BE WARE! DON'T USE THEM! EXPOSE THEM AND MAKE THEM PUBLIC to warn others!
<p>Please dont use Vivacite Spa Montana, especially the staff is not trained to work with customer complaints and forget to put a order through for a toner and facewash that was on special. Waited nearly 5 months, now I have to pay the new price for different stuff I didnt even ordered. Had a very bad experience with a treatment as well. Is Dr. Riekie Smit aware of this? </p>
From long luscious dark brown hair to brittle orange yellow hair with brown ends...I went to La Sorellas and asked Bernice to have my long hair lightened from dark to lighter brown. I told her I know that it is a long process to lighten hair, Bernice said because I used box color (it is a process where they will bleach my hair and then color it 1 color brown afterwards. She gave me a brochure about Olaplex that it protect the hair. She put bleach with foil over ALL my hair, put me under a dryer half an hour, checked it and repeat another 15 minutes. There after foils was removed and with her fingers she run the bleach to my now yellow/orange hair at the top and brown hair on the bottom for another 5 min. After wash she applied 2 colors to the hair, no cutting just a blow wave and I left the salon 3 hours later -.I was SHOCKED, I went back the following day, Sheree said it is part of the process to have orange hair for 4 weeks. After washing my hair I had brittle hair. Phoned the salon sobbing. Went back and Sheree said Bernice LEFT THE BLEACH IN FAR TOO LONG. She coloured my hair BACK to a dark brown for free (SIC). I had to cut it, and had to buy products. MY HAIR IS RUINED
Had to sort out a payment and awaited a voucher, but after each call and previous ones she is very rude to me. Last year the same. We don't care and take it or leave it is her attitude, I almost feel bad to phone her because of her offencive attitude. I have been using Q-Photo as a loyal customer for 5 years and can say that the staff is always friendly and helpful. We don't need one person to spoil the reputation of Q-Photo good service. I know she must be overworked, stressed, but after all after several phone calls it stays the same.
Had a complaint. Takis Biltong phoned me and send a driver to pick up packet to sort out quality control, and gave me a hamper fot any inconvenience.
Bought a packet, could not even chew it to swallow, both me and my husband looked at the biltong, looked like SENINGS with spice on with no meat. Tale it off the shelves, its a disgrace to the name biltong!!!! My dogs even tried
