Disgusting service from 1Life on dread disease claim. My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer after an emergency operation on the 7th July. After which we found out that he has stage 3 cancer. I submitted all of the documents for the dread disease claim on the 17th July and to date we have not received any feedback. We are constantly following up and they always have another excuse. We have never missed a payment on our policy and now we are personally having to make oncology payments due to their lack of urgency in processing our claim. It is utterly disgusting that they are playing with a person's life. It always seems the same story. They are happy to take your money, but delay when they need to pay out. Unacceptable!!

They do not have a telephone number so basically I just lost R2K on nothing. Do not EVER purchase from this company or you are throwing your money away.

Thanks to the team at Cradle Vet for all they tried to do to save our pup Diesel. I know that the prognosis was bleak from when we brought him in, but we appreciate all the efforts that you put into trying to save him. We are heartbroken that he didn't make it, but appreciate all the communication and support from everyone in your team. You kept us constantly up to date on his progress and immediately let us know when his little heart couldn't hold out any longer. Despite our loss, you will definitely see us again for all our other pups. Thanks again for all you tried to do to help us. Diesel will forever be a part of our family.

Hi have been trying for days to reach someone via phone and email regarding a replacement charger for my son's Mudslinger GoSmart Explorer, to no avail. We have tried the store where we purchased the item and they do not provide chargers on their own. This is a high voltage charger so we can't just buy one over the internet. I have called several times and sent emails and nobody responds. This s****** is really expensive and is literally unusable without the charger. I just need someone to contact me and tell me where I can purchase a new charger. With this type of service, I really hope that other people don't waste their money on something so expensive that you can't keep running.
I wish I had checked this site before moving my Adwords business over to Truden. <br> <br> At the end of March, I moved over my Adwords business to Truden. Biggest mistake I have ever made! After allegedly setting up our account, they mistakenly forgot to activate my campaigns. As the biggest generator of leads for my business, I was wondering why the leads had dropped off, only to find out last week, that it was an oversight on their side. After making a huge fuss, they sorted it out, however that does not help that we have potentially lost a month's worth of leads. <br> <br> I checked again today, and we still are not appearing when we do Google searches. I once again brought this up with them and there is all sorts of reasons, which make no sense, as we never had any of these problems before. <br> <br> I have now requested that they cancel my account, and I am moving back to my previous service provider. <br> <br> I will never deal with Truden again. It seems that I am just a number to them, and if they can't value my business as much as I do, then they are not the right company for me.
